what you'll be working on

develop the company's C&B policy;
ensure that the compensation practices are in accordance with current legislations;
in a partnership with our People Partner, assess employees needs by conducting surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees;
develop efficient and transparent motivational systems;
help develop and implement metric systems into different departments.

demonstrated experience in implementation of salary and performance policies;
experience as an HR-Admin will be an advantage;
knowledge of Latvian labour law (knowledge of other jurisdictions will be an advantage (especially European);
English and Russian - C1 or above;
demonstrated experience of working with budgeting, organisational structures.
