what you'll be working on

  • develop the company's C&B policy;
  • ensure that the compensation practices are in accordance with current legislations;
  • in a partnership with our People Partner, assess employees needs by conducting surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees;
  • develop efficient and transparent motivational systems;
  • help develop and implement metric systems into different departments.

what you need to succeed in this role

  • demonstrated experience in implementation of salary and performance policies;
  • experience as an HR-Admin will be an advantage;
  • knowledge of Latvian labour law (knowledge of other jurisdictions will be an advantage (especially European);
  • English and Russian - C1 or above;
  • demonstrated experience of working with budgeting, organisational structures.
