C&B Specialist
Riga, Latviawhat you'll be working on
- develop the company's C&B policy;
- ensure that the compensation practices are in accordance with current legislations;
- in a partnership with our People Partner, assess employees needs by conducting surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees;
- develop efficient and transparent motivational systems;
- help develop and implement metric systems into different departments.
what you need to succeed in this role
- demonstrated experience in implementation of salary and performance policies;
- experience as an HR-Admin will be an advantage;
- knowledge of Latvian labour law (knowledge of other jurisdictions will be an advantage (especially European);
- English and Russian - C1 or above;
- demonstrated experience of working with budgeting, organisational structures.
