we are looking for an exceptional individual who wants to help us build and shape a fantastic payments company. You need to be a hands-on person and like working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment that will be challenging and rewarding. An experienced commercial manager who is passionate about the work, understands the e-commerce landscape and knowledgeable in international payment eco-systems.

what you'll be working on

  • help develop and launch the direct sales strategy for attracting new B2B clients in the CIS & Europe;
  • targeting both high risk and middle risk merchants and build a solid sustainable pipeline of prospects;
  • help build a team of high performing business development execs;
  • responsibility for the implementation of personal and future team's KPIs in terms of customer revenue and profitability;
  • Provide timely feedback about performance, sales activity and pipeline management with CRM tool;
  • negotiating and overseeing contractual agreements;
  • forecasting against targets;
  • achieving sales quota against targets.

what you need to succeed in this role

  • experience in direct b2b sales in the payments/financial services industry with more than 5 years in a leading position;
  • management of full cycle of the sales process including agreement/signatures, live account status;
  • ideally have sector expertise or knowledge in at least one of the gambling, forex or crypto markets
  • proven sales success in the payments industry or similar position working within FinTech industry;
  • good understanding of the credit card acquiring & online payments industry in general;
  • fluent English and Russian;
  • you are commercially astute, with developed analytical skills and be capable of setting and achieving ambitious sales targets.
