what we're looking for

We are currently looking for very client-oriented talented and full of energy manager who will lead Technical Support team in our company.

what you'll be working on

  • lead the functions - integrations, payment gateway setups, monitoring, 24/7 clients support
  • manage the team (hiring, motivation, development, control KPIs, etc.);
  • improve the support process and look for ways to automate it together with the team;
  • analyze existing business processes and discuss opportunities for improvement (both inside and outside the team);
  • ensure the high SLA standards for clients and partners.

what you need to succeed in this role

  • 2+ years of experience in Technical support leading role (team up to 7 people), preferably banking or fintech;
  • it will be great if you know something about acquiring, banking and online payments;
  • understanding the principles of the API, 3DS protocol, payment gateway, processing, transactions flow ;
  • Upper-intermediate English level or above.
