Integration Support Engineer

what we're looking for

We are a rapidly developing and growing company. We are currently looking for a critical thinker with analytical skills, a strong professional with a great mix of technical and communication skills who will be in charge of all integration processes with acquirers partners and related to it issues.

what you'll be working on

  • Help partners with integration;
  • MIDs and routing set up on gate level and analysis of issues during integration step;
  • Respond to partners requests via the ticketing system (we are currently working with Zendesk), Slack, Tg, Skype or Intercom (we deal with both incidents and requests) according to SLAs;
  • Add new articles to the help database (we keep it in Notion);

what you need to succeed in this role

  • you have relevant experience in support team at least for a year in banking/acquiring;
  • you have strong understanding of REST API (mainly post/get requests), 3ds protocol (acs/mpi servers), dms/sms transaction flow, nature and difference between recurrents and rebills, host-to-host and redirect integrations;
  • you have understanding of general routing rules (and how to set up it gate level);
  • you are fluent both in Russian and English - no less than upper-intermediate level;
  • you are a quick learner;
  • you have a high level of responsibility for the quality of your work.
