Personnel Administration Specialist


what you'll be working on

  • prepare, amend and maintain HR documents (employment agreements, orders, etc.) (headcount - more than 120 employees in Latvia, Kazakhstan and other countries) in accordance with labor laws and company policies;
  • work with other HR admin documents;
  • responsible for residence permit application process for company’s foreign employees;
  • administrate, update and maintain company’s online HR systems (time off, employee data, learning and others);
  • prepare monthly and quaterly reports on headcount for the management and group;
  • prepare payroll and work closely with the company’s accounting department;
  • execution of documents for foreign employees;
  • responsible for labor safety organization in cooperation with external partner;
  • update HR policies and procedures, prepare and support in actual status of internal HR process documentations (local work instructions, Internal Orders and other if applicable);
  • participating in HR operation activities (employees notification, off boarding and on boarding activities, paper work, managing internal networks etc);
  • be the first point of contact for employees on any HR queries.

what you need to succeed in this role

  • relevant experience at least for 2 years;
  • high level of responsibility for the quality of your work;
  • excellent communication skills (both - verbal and written) in English, Latvian and Russian language;
  • excellent knowledge of the Employment Law of the Republic of Latvia;
  • good knowledge in HR document preparation requirements.
