What you'll be working on

  • Drawing up vacancy profiles, writing cool and interesting texts; 
  • Active recruitment to Moscow and Riga for completely different positions; 
  • Interaction with stakeholders on candidate profiles - your skills of defending your point of view will come in handy; 
  • Work with both warm search and hard hunting; 
  • Monitoring the labor market, viewing relevant offers - it is important for us to stay in the market, follow trends and offers in our field; 
  • Maintaining long-term relationships with people in the talent pool - the fintech market is quite narrow, so you can always wait for your person if you find an approach to him;


What you need to succeed in this role

  • you have experience in recruiting from 3 years (both in IT and in back-office or have a willingness to learn quickly);
  • you are a self-driven person with excellent time-management skills;
  • you are not afraid to work at high rates and can close from 5-10 vacancies per month (point selection);
  • you can be responsible for the quality of your work, you know how to build the selection process or improve it;
  • you are an independent team player who is open-minded and ready to listen to opinions, but also is able to defend your position/candidate/process
