Recruitment Team Lead


what you'll be working on

  • Hire a team of recruiters
  • Hire new employees along with the team
  • Create and implement "candidate experience"
  • Implement recruitment analytics
  • Adjust the tone of voice of recruiters
  • Collect and increase eNPS from the company for recruiting
  • Develop the HR brand
  • Work closely with a people partner, HR admins and the PO team as a whole
  • Provide regular reports and updates 

what you need to succeed in this role

  • Experience in the position of team leader recruitment from 2 years
  • The ability to build the work of recruiters as effectively as possible for the business
  • Experience in building candidate experience
  • Understanding of HR process metrics and their analysis
  • Experience with HRM
  • Experience in recruiting a team for yourself from zero
  • Numerically confirmed results from previous jobs
  • Experience in the field of fintech
  • Fluent English
