Senior Accountant

what you’ll be working on

Taking over all the hands-on accounting matters;
Evaluate and develop our internal management system and help automize processes and information flow;
Help us choose the correct software for accounting to work with;
Participate in training and development of future accounting team members;
Preparation of financial, annual and operational reports as well as other necessary management and regulatory documentation;
Recommendation and implementation of internal accounting processes and procedures to improve internal efficiency.

You have demonstrated experience of working in accounting in international companies;
You obtained higher education in accounting, economics or finance;
You have an in-depth knowledge of the Latvian and international (preferably UK and Singapore) financial and tax legislation;
You have demonstrated experience of working within the e-commerce industry;
You know the best practices when it comes to picking the right software for accounting;
You have good communication and team management skills;
You are proactive and can standardize processes from scratch;
You are an accurate and experienced user when it comes to working with computers, MS Office and accounting software;
You are fluent in English, Russian and Latvian;

Candidates with a completed ACCA qualification will have an advantage.
