what we're looking for
We are a rapidly developing and growing company. We are currently looking for a critical thinker with analytical skills, a strong professional with a great mix of technical and communication skills who will be in charge of integrations with new merchants and external platforms as well as supporting existing customers.
what you'll be working on
- Respond to customers requests via the ticketing system (we are currently working with Zendesk), Slack, Tg, Skype or Intercom (we deal with both incidents and requests) according to SLAs;
- Add new articles to the help database (we keep it in Notion);
- Share insights with the team;
- Improve the support process and look for ways to automate it together with the team (if you see that some piece of support process can be improve don't keep it inside, share it with your team).
what you need to succeed in this role
- you have relevant experience in support team at least for a year (preferably in banking/acquiring);
- you are not afraid of technologies (familiar with API, know how to cope with logs);
- you know how to explain REST api integration in user friendly way;
- you want to improve customer's experience;
- you are a quick learner;
- you have a high level of responsibility for the quality of your work;
- you are fluent both in Russian and English - no less than upper-intermediate level.
