Senior Brand Manager

As a Senior Brand Manager at xpate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating our brand's presence in the global market. Your strategic vision and creative insights will drive brand growth, ensuring alignment with our mission and values. You will lead brand campaigns, collaborate across departments to ensure a cohesive brand message, and analyse market trends to position xpate as a leader in the fintech space.

• Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen brand equity and awareness.
• Lead market research efforts to uncover insights and trends that inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand's value proposition.
• Collaborate with the product and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Work with our marketing agency and freelancers to bring your vision to life.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and partners, to amplify our brand's reach.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure xpate remains at the forefront of innovation.

what it takes to be a Senior Brand Manager at xpate:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across teams and with external partners.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and brand storytelling.
• Knowledge of the fintech industry and its regulatory environment is preferred.
